Pope Drive’s children's ministry believes that children are a treasure from the Lord. We are excited to partner with families as they grow, teach, train, and fall more in love with the person of Jesus Christ. The children's ministry serves Nursery - 5th grade. We offer Sunday School classes for all ages, nursery during church, and children's church for ages 5 years - 3rd grade. On Wednesday nights, we offer age appropriate meetings for Nursery - 5th grade starting at 6:30 p.m.
Student ministry at Pope Drive Baptist church consists of 6th - 12th graders. We believe that students are capable of deep Bible study and that the pursuit of Jesus Christ should be the main priority. The student ministry is also involved in missions outreach, community service, prayer ministry, and other events. Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday nights starts at 6:30 p.m.
The Music Ministry at Pope Drive Baptist Church exists to bring members into a closer fellowship with Jesus Christ. We believe that music is one very important component of worship. We believe that music is a God ordained way to communicate with Him and express our adoration of His character, majesty, and might. We believe that music should always exalt Christ and draw the believer to worship in both spirit and in truth.
